First Impressions has earned quite a reputation for speed. We weren’t even aware of it until we heard it from our clients. They tell us we hit deadlines other printers won’t even try! Making clients happy comes so naturally here, we thought it was time to “analyze” what makes us fast. So, here it is:
FIRST: Our office personnel treat every job like a hot potato, so each job is instituted at microwave speed. Sophisticated programming helps them quote and schedule parallel fast-track routes – all just to get it off their desks ASAP!
THEN: Our pre-press department has some of the pickiest people you’ll ever meet! They are obsessed with making sure every measurement is accurate to the fourth decimal point, colors aren’t the slightest shade off, and typos haven’t slipped past our client’s eyes. They know that time spent on attention to detail will be more than made up for with the speed and efficiency of our digital direct to plate system.
AND THEN: Our pressmen have arms like Superman and eyes like Rembrandt. They load thousands of pounds of paper on press daily and critically scrutinize hundreds of thousands of impressions every day to ensure each piece turns out as flawless as possible.
AND FINALLY: Our bindery people are logistical geniuses. Whether it is foiling, embossing, drilling, punching, scoring, folding, binding, padding, wrapping, boxing or shipping, they make the impossible possible... all with a smile!
This relay race of talented FIP artisans have been doing this together day in and day out for so long, their precision matches that of their machines. And, they enjoy working together so much, they don’t even realize they’re spoiling our clients and making the competition envious.
